What is MyPhonebook?
MyPhonebook is a platform that allows businesses to create a single, public, and verifiable contact page. This helps customers confirm your identity and easily save your contact information, reducing the chance of scams and providing a professional point of contact.
How do I create a business profile?
On our homepage, select the "Sign Up" option. You will be prompted to enter your email, a password, and your business or personal name. Once registered, you will be taken to your dashboard where you can fill out and save your detailed profile information.

How do I save a contact?
When you visit a business's unique MyPhonebook link (e.g., `myphonebook.app/?id=...`), you will see their profile page. Click the "Add to Contacts" button. This will download a `.vcf` file, which you can open on your phone or computer to instantly save the verified contact details.
What is a Trust Score?
The Trust Score is a community-driven rating. On every business profile page, customers have the option to vote "Confirmed Accurate" or "Report Issue". This feedback directly influences the score, helping other users gauge the reliability of the business's information.
Account & Profile
How do I edit my profile?
Log in to your account to access your dashboard. Your profile information will be displayed. Click the "Edit Profile" button to reveal the form, make your changes, and then click "Save Changes". The view will update with your new information.
How do I get my integration link?
Your unique integration link is available on your dashboard in the "Your Integration Link" section. You can copy the link or use the "Copy Message Template" button to get a pre-made message to send to customers.
